Turquoise Blue Gem began with a brighter, clearer blue. I let the polished colour run along the pointed tips, then placed stones where they could interrupt it with a different kind of shine. The contrast between smooth surface and raised gem gives the set its rhythm. It feels fresh, but still richly finished.
