HandArtNails products are handcrafted wearable nail art and may be hygiene-sensitive. This policy is written to protect both product quality and customer trust.
Returns
Handmade, made-to-order, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return once used, worn, opened, altered, or damaged.
If a product is unused and you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before attempting to return anything. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at handartnails@gmail.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue so we can review it.
Used Or Opened Products
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used, worn, opened, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Or Handmade Variations
Because HandArtNails sets are handcrafted, small variations in placement, shine, or detail may occur. These variations are part of the studio-made character and are not automatically considered defects.
