If the studio cannot accept your request, the deposit will be refunded. Once the request is accepted and design communication has begun, a client cancellation does not refund the deposit. Production begins only after the final scope, balance and design direction are confirmed.

It is the starting point and commission deposit. A focused request may require no additional balance; Alien Dragon Armor, extra-long shapes, high-relief sculpture, special materials, rush timing or major changes are quoted separately. There is no fixed maximum.
No. Payment opens the private request. Your detailed brief—including WhatsApp or email, references, shape, length, colors, budget and timing—is collected after successful payment.
No. Reference images can communicate palette, structure, elements or mood. The studio will reinterpret the direction and will not promise an exact copy of another designer’s work.
