Order Processing Time Please note that our processing time depends on the type of product you ordered:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Handmade Custom Nails: Because these sets are 100% hand-painted and made-to-order specifically for you, they require more time to craft. Please allow 7-15 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Note: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom handmade items, the entire order will ship once the custom items are completed.
Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [e.g., 7-12] business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [e.g., 3-7] business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, customs inspection, or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes 365nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages 365nails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
