Processing time depends on what you ordered:
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the whole order ships together once the handmade items are finished.

Standard shipping: typically 7–12 calendar days after dispatch. Most parcels arrive in about 8 days; delivery can occasionally take longer around holidays, customs inspection, or severe weather.
Transit time starts when your parcel is dispatched, after the processing time above.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–72 hours.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility. HandArtNails cannot control customs processing times.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take photos of the box, label and product, and email us within 7 days of delivery. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it is resolved.
