At HandArtNails, every nail set is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review our policy before placing an order.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or custom-sized nail sets.
Because all nail sets are handmade and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Change of mind

Personal preference regarding color or design

Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier services
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we may offer:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted as each set is handmade specifically for your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
