At HandArtNails, every nail set is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require production time before shipment.

Estimated processing times:

     Standard Orders: 5–10 Business Days

      Custom Orders: 7–12 Business Days

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 4–8 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 5–10 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 5–10 business days

Asia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 3–7 business days

Other International Destinations

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee Required): 7–12 business days

Please note that expedited shipping only shortens transit time and does not reduce production or processing time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HandArtNails has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

HandArtNails is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us.

We will assist in communicating with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Airline transportation delays

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Global logistics disruptions

HandArtNails is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer actions, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Re-shipping costs

  • Customs-related charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

11. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every HandArtNails nail set is individually handcrafted.

Slight variations in color, embellishments, stone placement, artwork, or finishing details may occur and are considered a natural part of the handmade process.

These variations make each set unique and do not constitute defects.
